Project Zomboid

Wumpo hosts Project Zomboid on a managed server your whole group shares. Pick a size, hit deploy, and we install and run everything for you.

World settings

From the World settings panel you can change these at any time:

  • Server name and join password.
  • Max players, up to your plan's limit.
  • PvP, on or off.

Changes apply on the next restart. The dashboard will prompt you to restart when you save. Zombie population, loot and the other sandbox rules stay at the game's own defaults for now. Deeper world-rule tuning is on the roadmap.

Connecting

When your server is online, find its connect address on the Overview panel. In Project Zomboid, choose Join, then the Favorites tab, then Add Server. Project Zomboid wants the IP address and the port in separate fields, not as one address: split the connect address at the colon and enter the IP on its own, then the port. Putting them together in the IP field will fail to connect. Enter the join password if you set one, then Add, and join from your favourites list. More detail on Connecting to your server.
